This is Cosmo celebrating his 5th birthday in February! He’s come a long way from the streets of Miami as a stray to being fostered with DRSF and finally being adopted by us! Cosmo is the sweetest puppy and the best big brother to our other rescue, Jet. Like a true doxie, Cosmo’s favorite place is under the covers or running with his friends.
