Jovina Noelle - JOVIE - was fostered-to-adopt from DRSF in December 2024. She is named after the girlfriend of Buddy in the Christmas movie, Elf. Jovie is the cutest thing her mom and dad have ever seen. However, her looks are deceiving because she acts and looks so sweet - which she is - but when she's not being sweet and cute, she's looking for trouble and throwing her older brother, Henry, down with some epic WWE wrestling moves. While she looks so innocent, pretty and small, this does not stop her from getting down and dirty in the backyard. Jovie wakes up ready to party! She brings her good energy to meet every day and she is the welcoming committee to all the fosters that come through her home. She's a fun, happy and beautiful little friend and family member!
