Your Dog's Story or Bio
When we rescued Captain at 8 months old, we had no idea how much joy he’d bring to our home. Whether he’s cruising on the boat, chasing lizards and squirrels, or charming guests at parties, he always manages to be the star. He helps keep our 9-year-old American Bulldog, Stormy, active. Both are piebald—a striking coincidence considering Captain is just 9.5 lbs while Stormy is 65 lbs. Boaters passing by get a kick out of it. My family is in love with the dachshund breed. We plan on adopting another one in the near future.
