Penelope couldn't have came at a better time in my life. My late husband fell in love with our neighbors dachshund. Fast forward he adopted her for me when she was not even 3 months old, not long after my husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and passed away. I couldn't imagine navigating through my nightmare without her by myside.. She has walked ME through my new reality called life.
