I found Elvis in a Kroger parking lot near Dallas, Texas. He was scared and shaking and hiding. When I bent down, he immediately sat up on his butt and was begging. He had the sweetest face and the most loving eyes, it was love at first sight. Elvis doesn't have any front teeth, the vet said he probably was chained up and he tried to chew through the chain. He is so thankful and protective over me, if I'm home he never leaves my side. I was cornered by a large vicious dog once and Elvis unselfishly put himself between us and was ready to attack. This little weenie dog was acting four times his size and he scared the dog off. Elvis just strutted off like it was nothing but part of his job. Nothing but unconditional love for us both!
