I rescued Max as a tiny puppy and it was meant to be. When I received his papers (he was born at the rescue), I saw that he was born just 3 days after I had to put down my first dachshund. Max was born just for me, I feel. He is a total mama's boy who doesn't like going anywhere without his mom, although he doesn't seem to have a problem when he sneaks out the front door! He is super sweet and gentle with nieces and nephew and is just the most perfect boy!
