Disney was given up by her previous owner due to health issues. The veterinary clinic in Texas, where our daughter-in-law works, had kept her for several months while they tried to find her a new home. She was days away from going to the pound. We bought her a ticket on SWA to fly to Kansas with our son & daughter-in-law Thanksgiving of 2009. She's been a part of our family since.
