Ruger is the newest, unintended addition to Roxie Team Hotdog. Ruger is from the streets of Orlando. She was found in the parking lot of a Dunkin Donuts with a pink harness and a cut leash. She was taken to Animal Services where she waited for two weeks for her family to come. However, the person who found her and tried to help find her family is now her mom. Since joining the family, Ruger has shown interest and excelled in racing. Ruger is the current Georgia National Dachshund Racing Circuit Champion and will race her sister (Roxie) for the National Title September 2015. Ruger, in her short career, holds 4 championship titles. Ruger is a Double Dapple Dachshund and completely deaf. But that does not stop her from enjoying the good life and racing.
