Pet's Story
Waffle is a 7 month old Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Georgia born and bred. But don't let those good looks fool you, he can be a little monster. His perfect day would be spent eating and sleeping, followed by more eating. He eats like he will never have another meal in his life. He teamed up with his big brother Beau to steal not one but two pork loins and then hid one under the guest bed. A couple of weeks ago he got his snout rammed into a marrow bone and had to go to the Vet to get it cut off. But despite all that he is the sweetest little Corgi boy who loves to snuggle and get belly rubs. Waffle has never met a stranger and loves everyone.

Why my pet should win
Waffle is a great Corgi ambassador for Dahlonega. His favorite place to be is the Dahlonega Square. He loves to go to Kilwins for a treat and then waddle over to the Gold Museum to see his friends there.
He is the official mascot of the Crown and Bear British store on the Square and he likes to sit outside the store and greet customers with free Corgi hugs.
Waffle loves Dahlonega, its the best little town for a Corgi puppy to grow up in.
