Pet's Story
Chaney, a rescue cat, discovered by PHJ while buying horse food - she's not allowed to shop alone anymore. He protects the horses and dogs from field mice infiltrating their food stores. In turn, he is loved and worshipped by his canine siblings, Jenni, Riley, Mattie, Cooper and Cate. Chaney loves to sleep on my legs, thereby ensuring that I do not move in order to avoid waking Chaney who then will want his head rubbed instead of allowing me to go back to sleep. He really enjoys hiking in the mountains and hunting big game, such as field mice, passerines and moles. Chaney possesses retractable claws which are truly formidable weapons. This claw-sheathing mechanism and his extreme athleticism affords him the ability to stalk, climb, jump and defend against all intruders. Chaney is not the "sissy" cat like the other contestants - his steely gaze, muscular body, and elasticity earn him "Top Cat" and "Beautifully Deadly" accolades from the citizens, visitors and would-be thieves he encounters each day as he strolls through his kingdom.

Chaney is the cutest cat in North Georgia and the only cat that can command respect and exercise authority over his minions. Chaney is a REAL cat and not a "dress-up" cat that wears miniature people clothes and sits around in the air conditioning all day. Chaney is a man's cat that loves the outdoors. He will rule his term as "Cutest Cat" with kindness and love, but strictly, immediately and forcefully discouraging bad behavior from his subjects with his instruments of pain and destruction. Chaney earns his respect by protecting the feed stores and encouraging civilized behavior among the citizens in his kingdom. Vote for the only REAL cat, not for a SISSY cat. Vote for Chaney.
