Pet's Story
My name is Griffin and I was on the streets in South Carolina when a rescue organization found me. I heard them saying what a mess I was and I stayed for weeks as no one came to claim me.... until Andrea and my granddogparents Cally and Pete showed up. I now enjoy a great life of being spoiled in two homes. The city is fine but I really love my time in Dahlonega. I get to go in the car anytime it moves (often to Home Depot with Grampa). On a big day, we get to go to Blairsville and visit Jim's Smokin' Que but I really love to sit on Dahlonega Square with ice cream and soak up all the attention or people watch in Yahoola Park.

Why my pet should win
Put simply, Griffin loves to snuggle and makes us smile. He is good medicine no matter how you cut it. Griffin loves people and turns heads wherever he goes. He should win because he keeps being told that he needs to earn his keep. And who could resist that face?
