Enter

Anyone at least 18 years old who lives anywhere in the U.S. is eligible to enter. (In other words, our Cutest Pet contest isn't limited just to North Georgia pets.)
Entry fee is $10 per pet. With that fee, you automatically receive 10 votes. You may enter as many pets as you wish for $10 per pet.
All living household pets - dogs, cats, horses, small mammals, reptiles, birds, etc. - are eligible. Pets that have crossed the Rainbow Bridge may be entered in our Angel Pet category.
Complete the entry form. Enter your pet in one of four categories – Dog (Dogs only), Cat (Cats only), Creature Great & Small (other qualified pets) or Angel Pet (departed pets.)
Post your pet's photo online at our Cutest Pet Contest site, gogophotocontest.com/dahlonegasunriserotary

Details

The contest runs from May 10 to June 18, 2021. You may post your pet's picture starting 8 a.m., May 10 through 9 p.m. June 11, 2021. Voting runs from 8 a.m., May 10 to 9 p.m., June 18, 2021.
Vote casting for the Cutest Pet starts May 10. Votes are $1 a piece, with a $5 minimum.
A winner and a runner-up in each category will be determined by the pets with the most votes as of 9 p.m., June 18, 2021.
A Best of Show prize will go to the overall pet with the most votes and to top vote getters in each categories – Cutest Cat, Cutest Dog, Cutest Creature Great or Small and Angel Pet.
Winners will be officially notified and announced the week of June 21, 2021.

Voting

Go to our Club's Cutest Pet contest page, gogophotocontest.com/dahlonegasunriserotary .
Click on the photo of the pet that you think is the cutest and cast your vote. Anyone over 18 is eligible to vote. Votes are $1 each with a $5 minimum.
You may cast as many votes as you wish and encourage friends and family to vote too. You can, for example, cast 100 votes ($100) for your pet and then come back and vote as often as you wish.
MC/VISA/Discover are accepted via a secure server. If you would rather pay by check, please earmark the check for the 2021 Rotary Pet Contest and mail to 2021 Rotary Pet Contest, P.O. Box 1388, Dahlonega, GA 30533. Contact the contest administrator at DAHSunriserotary@gmail.com to arrange an in-person check pickup.

Details

Photos of dogs, cats, horses, small mammals, reptiles and birds are accepted.
Photos must contain only contain domestic pets. (No people or wildlife)
Only one pet per photo, per entry. No people. Just one pet in a photo.
Photos must be landscape (horizontal) format and high resolution (300 dpi), suitable for printing.
Photos must be full color. No heavily filtered, edited or altered photos.
Only photos submitted online will be considered.
All photos must be submitted by 9 p.m., June 11, 2021, one week before contest deadline.
All photos submitted become the property of the Dahlonega Sunrise Rotary Club.
The Dahlonega Sunrise Rotary Club has the right to accept or reject any contest entry.
All funds raised go to the Dahlonega Sunrise Rotary Club Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) organization. Donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law.
