A little about me...
Punkin came to us as a rescue during the Covid pandemic in 2020. We had recently lost our previous rescue Max to cancer and our home was empty without a furry friend. We applied for many rescues but because of the pandemic the options were limited. But then by some miracle I noticed Punkin on Petfinder! We applied and hadn’t heard from the agency for over a month and we were sure she was adopted to another family. But it was just she hadn’t been placed yet! We got the call and 2 days later she was home! Our son is an antique bottle digger and the day after our dear Max passed he found a little bottle with the silhouette of a dog on it. He felt it was a sign from Max. And it was…our Punkin was born on that same day the bottle was found!
