Emma Jean was a personal rescue from the streets of SE Florida. She was 10 at the time. Research told us she was adopted from a local shelter as a kitten and somehow 10 years later found herself on the streets. Although she was tattooed (before the days of microchiping) which provided us with a lead......which sadly was a dead end. Because of her, less than ideal, past, she was fearful, angry, scared and sad. Scares that only come from a life on the streets. Fast forward 3 years - Miss Emma Jean loves her indoor life with her new family.....us 😻
