Pet's Story or Bio
We visited an animal shelter with our boys about 4 years ago. My oldest, Lucas, loves wolves. All the way in the back away from most of the larger dogs was Rex who looked like a wolf, As we approached, he came closer to the front of the crate. He was quite large and I was concerned as my son stuck his hand in the crate. Rex was so gentle we instantly fell in love. I always joke that I will always be a mom of boys and now I have a 5th boy (including my husband :) ! Rex continues to be a gentle giant. He even rests himself on the ground when a small dog approached to not intimidate. I can't imagine life without our Rex. As a side note, he was brought to the shelter by someone's girlfriend who apparently didn't care for him. In the meantime, there was a line behind us waiting to adopt him. Interesting...
