Thank you so much Darbster! We adopted Jake in January 2019 after a visit to the foundation to look at other dogs. The employee wanted to show us a new dog that had just arrived - it was love at first sight!!!! We had just lost our Bubba the previous October - and were missing the presence of a faithful companion. Jake is an amazing dog - intelligent, focused & loyal. He's exceled in obedience training, and has now moved onto scent detection. He loves to play ball; and is the perfect big brother to our new puppy. Jake also loves to Skype with my children and grandchildren all over the world. Jake proves that rescue dogs can be amazing dogs!
