We weren't even looking for another a cat. We had one and figured that was plenty and then… I happened to see Gotham ‘s (at that time he was Boy) photo on Instagram. He was in foster care and was just so handsome. I showed his picture to my significant other and our kids and we all knew right then that he was meant to be part of our family.
It has taken time, love and patients to get him to relax as he was skittish and distrustful of everyone, but he has blossomed into such a love, from running away from all people to running toward them. He demands love every time we see him with meows and cues for attention. We cannot imagine our family without him and it all stemmed from a random image on Instagram.
