I adopted Ozzie from DARE on June 6th, 2015 from his foster mom Pat in Lakeland. He was relinquished to DARE from a very loving military dad who knew leaving Ozzie while he was away for long deployments just wasn't fair and unselfishly allowed DARE to find the best home, MINE!
