Louie was a rescue when his owner put he and his best friend, Max, on Craig's list, after she and her husband got a divorce and they didn't have time for them any more. Both are great pets and little Louie (who is a little 10 lb. minature dachshund ) is so happy now ,he smiles all of the time!
