Pet's Story
Dasha was my first dachshund I adopted from DARE. Dasha is the reason I have been a part of DARE since 2005. I saw her on the DARE website in February 2005 after loosing my doxie Buddy in June 2004 and was finally ready to add another doxie to my home. Dasha was featured on DARE's website as recently having back surgery. Her expressive eyes reached out to me. I adopted her and was hooked on her and rescue. Dasha is the reason I have become so passionate to help save as many doxies/mixes as possible. Since 2005 I credit Dasha to fostering almost 100 doxies.
