Rupert is the sweetest, eager to please, goofy pup. We found him completely by accident and it was love at first sight ❤️ We were at a community yard sale and his foster mom had set up a booth and decided at the last minute to take him along to gain some interest for his adoption. I literally bumped into someone holding him, they handed me this little ball of fur and I was toast! We brought him home the next day and he's been a joy ever since 😃
