Echo was adopted from the DAWGS Prison Program in September of 2019. He came to the program through Villalobos rescue in Louisiana. Echo was sadly a stray in Louisiana for some time before Villalobos saved him and then transferred him here. Echo LOVES his humans, his sister Misha, sleeping under the covers and running around his yard like a track star.
