Riley Noel was born & rescued on the streets in Spain. She was taken to Galgos Del Sol where she spent months growing up with her mom, brothers & sisters until she was adopted to the United States by her wonderful parents. She flew over 10 hours to get to us. Now she is living the sweet life!
