• Photo entries will be accepted from October 1st - 25th through our website, and voting will take place concurrently on the Contest Website.
• The People's Choice & all other category winners will be announced on or around October 31, 2020.
• This contest is for amateur photographers. Photos will not be accepted from professionals.
• Graphic overlays are restricted.
• Entrants must be 18 years of age or older and reside within NH, ME, MA, VT.
• Photo entries must not exceed 10MB.
• Photo titles must include the hashtag #doverdoghowloween October 1st - 25th
• By submitting your Photos to this contest, you give Dover Dog Howloween, and its subsidiaries, limited rights to use your photos for this contest and for promotion of future contests.
• Only photos submitted through the contest website are eligible for the #doverdoghowloween Costume Contest.
• Only votes cast on this website will be counted.
• You must have the consent of everyone in your photo (parental consent for anyone under 18 years of age) and be able to show proof of consent if requested. Please feel free to use our Photo Release if needed.
