Pet’s Story or Bio
Meet Rico.
He was found at Domes Beach in Rincon, most likely abandoned by his "family" over the Christmas Holidays. He was sick and malnourished but still happy and friendly. We were visiting in January and saw his story on Defensa's FB page. We met him and knew from day 1 that he was meant to be our dog. With the help of his amazing foster parents and CC with Defensa, Rico is now enjoying his life in Coastal North Carolina. Rico was one of the lucky ones. He was not too sick and his personality made him easily adoptable. Some dogs aren't so lucky. We believe, there is a home for every dog and a dog for every home...thanks to all the groups in PR, that take in any dog in need. Any support you can offer is appreciated.
