Phoebe came to DHAR with her puppies just over 2 years ago. When I started fostering her she was a shy ball of anxiety. She has slowly come out of her shell. She started seeking attention and slowly gained her confidence . She has become the sweetest cuddle butt . She is one of the first dogs to welcome me home . I can hear her before I even come in the door. Also she happens to be a very pretty girl . Of course I foster failed and I am so glad I did
