Cedric was adopted by me in April 2006 at the age of 7 months from the SPCA. He was diagnosed with FD in April 2011 and quickly went into remission thanks to insulin and a new diet. He went back on insulin in February 2013. Cedric loved to go to the office with me and loved water! He was very smart but wanted a buddy, who we adopted in 2011. He was king of the house and he loved to snuggle and give "hugs" to you. He had two bouts of pancreatitis, survived DKA, but passed away from acute necratizing pancreatitis on October 2, 2013 at the age of 8. This photo was taken in one of his favorite sleeping places - the love seat. And yes, he's been to Walt Disney World, staying at the Best Friends Pet Resort on property! He is greatly missed!
