Not long after Cecil entered Homeward Animal Shelter in January of 2014 it was found that he was diabetic. When he struggled to gain regulation at the shelter Cecil came to live with us for a while. A slight adjustment in his diet, a new insulin, and free of the stress of shelter life and Cecil went into remission just 3 weeks after coming into foster. Cecil is one of the most fun and entertaining cats you will meet. Everyone who meets him adores him. He loves to play, talk and cuddle. He is great with everything and every one he meets. His estimated age is only 2.5 years so he has a lot of great years to spend with his adoptive family!
