My name is Tommi and i am 13 years old. i was a rescue kitten and me & my sister came to live with my momma bean from 8wks old. In February of 2012 i was diagnosed with Hyperthyroid and had the Iodine 131 in Glasgow Scotland. Some 4 weeks later i was then diagnosed with Diabetes and had to go on insulin. I have been on DCC's TR protocol so that my momma bean could get me regulated properly and im doing pretty fine on that, No more hypos for me coz they were very scary & made me poorly. I lost my sister in July this year and was very sad. I miss my Anni so much and so does my momma Bean. I now have a new baby kitten come live with me as my momma is in rescue. At first i was'nt sure if i liked her but now im like a daddy to her & clean her often and play with her too. Im such a good kitty and i go to my momma bean when i need to get my injection and dont cause any fuss. I really like my food and i have a secret watch so that i can go scream to my momma bean 4 hour on the dot to say "dinner time " but dont let on to my momma or else the watch will be confiscated. My life has changed since i became Diabetic but i still get the attention and the treats so im happy . I dont mind the blood tests or the injection but i DONT LIKE VETS, im a happy gentle kitty except when i have to go to the vets office then i show them how i can growl better than a LION.
