Only known by a number while at the Hamilton ON shelter, where there are no public adoptions, Rocky had little chance of making it out alive. He was rescued by DCIN case manager Eva McDowell in the Spring of 2015. Thanks to the efforts of many people he flew from Canada to Colorado. He no longer has the diabetic neuropathy and now is over 14 pounds. He is a loving assertive boy who now has a forever family.
