In the winter of 2013, Uno was abandoned by her owner at a county shelter in Texas because of her diabetes. Because of her age and medical condition, she was at high risk for euthanasia. Rescued with the help of DCIN, she was flown to her new home in Colorado in February 2014. She is a sassy yet loving girl who loves to eat and relax in the sun.
