Anikan came to our family as a foster in early 2016 after a vet saved him from euthanasia when his mom could no longer provide for him and couldn't find anyone willing to take a 10 year old diabetic cat. Anikan's adorable personality quickly wrapped his foster parents hearts around his paws and he became a permanent part of the family.
Ani's preferred sleeping spot in the middle of foster mom's chest..where he can honk her nose with his paw if she falls asleep and stops petting him. If she is silly enough to fall asleep on her stomach he will burrow down and poke her in the nose until she rolls over for him! His ability to find a nose to wrap that paw around is quite uncanny.
Anikan didn't blend with his new feline family well at first, but he has become pretty protective of his brothers and sisters now and if a new foster messes with them, Ani the enforcer quickly comes to the rescue.
Ani is a pretty amazing little man and his mom and dad are so happy to have gotten the chance to know him.
