Percy is a current foster with Tuff Start Rescue out of Isanti, MN. Percy was rescued from a 24hr euthanasia list after being returned to a shelter because he was showing signs of going into DKA and he had a mass in his mouth. Percy quickly stopped presenting with ketones once treatment started and he only needed insulin for a short time before being able to be diet controlled. The mass was removed from his mouth and proved to be non-cancerous - YAY!
Percy is one of the biggest personalities you will meet in a cat. He is a HOOT! He likes to be right beside you as he chirps, squeaks, squawks, and squeals his opinions throughout the day. He makes sure to have plenty of time for purring too. He is a cross between a teenage kitten and an old man cat and what you get just makes you laugh and smile all day long.
Percy is just one of the best cats you could be lucky enough to know in a lifetime.
