Rudy formerly known as Tobin was rescued from the NY city shelter system in September 2016. He was listed as a stray who came in in terrible shape and was diagnosed as diabetic. He was fostered by Jennifer Felis Alvarez and came to live with me in October. He understandably has trust issues and can be difficult as he needs time to trust again and know that he will never again be neglected or abused. All his issues have not yet been diagnosed as he has an ultrasound scheduled this week. I can promise him that he will always be well taken care of for the rest of his life as he deserves.
