Rocky was a DCIN rescue who came from Canada. He entered the Hamilton shelter system with no name, had diabetes and a neuropathy. He was fostered by DCIN case manager Eva McDowell and then transported to me in Colorado by DCIN with the help of many people in March 2015. He is deaf and is very dominant but sweet guy full of energy and is an important part of my family.
