Jack lived a happy and pampered life with his first mom, but sadly, she passed away when Jack was 16 years old. Jack went to stay at the Cat Care Society for a year, where he lived in the offices and made friends with everyone.

On Christmas Eve in 2016, we saw his photo posted on the Cat Care Society Facebook page - a 17 year old insulin-dependent diabetic kitty with no home to go to for the holidays! - and had to go meet him. He came home with us just after the new year and has been settling into his quiet retirement ever since. He loves his window bed, his favorite canned food, face rubs, and visits from his best friend from CCS.
