Many of you remember Julius---this poor 12 year old one eyed man came into a county shelter back east in 2013 with the "owner" wanting him euthanized due to his diabetes. He was overdosed by the vet and almost died. I could not turn away from him with his one-eye and half a tail. He was fostered by the amazing Ronda Dalton and then sent to me in April of 2013. He was the sweetest most gentle cat and brought me so much joy before he passed all too soon last year from kidney disease. He was my second DCIN rescue and I was so happy to have him in my life although way too short.
