Joey came to me from Texas on Labor Day of 2017. His family was unable to give this newly diagnosed diabetic insulin and decided that it was best to find him another home. Joey is a delightful boy who complains about testing but takes shots just fine. He seemed like he was head to being OTJ but it may take awhile longer.
