We lost extra sweet Henry the Dick last Christmas. We miss him terribly, but he taught me how to care for diabetic cats, and has helped me teach others.

Henry was adopted at 8 years old after his owners were going to euthanize him when he was diagnosed with diabetes. He was with us for a little over 4 years, which was too short, but packed full of love and fun. He regularly groomed my husband, and he would just snuggle in with me and purr while we napped together. It was heartbreaking to lose him, but that was so outweighed by how awesome it was to have him in our lives.
