Snowcrash (white & black) was adopted from a local rescue as a "teenaged kitten" back in 2006. He was diagnosed diabetic in September, 2018 and is on insulin and a canned-food-only diet. Emily (grey) was adopted from Chesapeake Cats & Dogs in 2014; she is now "pre-diabetic", due to high-dose steroids for severe stomatitis; luckily, her blood glucose levels are adequately controlled through canned-food-only-diet alone.

They are an "extra sweet" couple!
