A little about me...
Cocoa's former owner asked me to catsit and never came back for her—which turned out to be a good thing, since I fell immediately love with her and didn't want to give her back. She loves snuggling, watching TV, and her girlfriend, Sabot, another rescue. I'm a high school teacher and while we were under lockdown, she turned out to be a fantastic teaching assistant and a hit with the students. I've had her since she was 8; she's now 17 and is my entire heart. We've had multiple medical crises over the years, of which diabetes was only one. She's currently in diet-controlled remission, thanks to the lifesaving advice of a friend who works for DCIN.
