A little about me...
Nonie caught my eye in a message from San Jose animal shelter in 2017 and I felt like I had to help him somehow despite being in Colorado. I found someone local to pull him from the shelter, a friend to fly him to Colorado on the way back from a work trip, and a local rescue group to take him in. Three years later, after being shuffled between foster homes and shelters and adopted and returned once, we took him in as a short term pandemic foster for two weeks. A year later, we adopted him.

Nonie loves his humans and is a sweet, cuddly kitty when he wants to be. He has an ornery old man side that particularly comes out around other cats, but he tolerates his feline housemates :)
