A life worth saving.....

MEET Marvelous Marv, a pit bull who endured so much as a bait dog and yet is sweet and gentle as can be!

When he was discovered wandering the back streets of GA, the person who picked him up knew IMMEDIATELY he was a dog in need. He was so gentle in approaching, as if to say "can you help me, please". There was no turning away from this dog. There was something in his sweet and gentle nature that made Richard know he could not turn his back. Although limping and a face marked with scars, Marv showed no aggression whatsoever- only kindness.

Once he was safe in the truck, and was taken home, Richard gave him a bath. Within only hours of having met this dog......a stranger on the streets! Amazing that this dog trusted another human being....even though he'd obviously not been shown good cause to trust!

He was taken into rescue by Diamond Dogs Rescue, and was soon adopted when his foster mom, Jensie, fell in love with him and knew he was HOME!
