Onya was my second puppy from Broken Oaks Dobermans, and I have never been disappointed. She is my best friend, confidant, and truly, pretty darn human. She also served my twins when they were younger, with their diabetic needs by carrying their supplies and medications on walks, hikes, and outings in her special backpack. Bella was a beautiful blue, Craigslist rescue that was so skinny, unsocialized, and physically abused. She has flourished in the 5 years I've had her, despite her arthritis and eating disorders. Nikki found us because her parents were getting a divorce, and her dad had to move away. He knew I loved, and had experience with Dobes, so I promised to find her a great home. She had an incredible amount of separation anxiety, but showed her goofy, loving side right away. She fit into our crew so well, she stayed!
