Aw gee whiz Dad,is it time to get up already? Got Dakota at 14mos. and he is my 5th Dobie in 42yrs, 2nd DRM boy. He is the light of my life. We are together 24/7 and have been apart 3 times for 8-10 hours each time. He goes everywhere I go as I'm fortunate to have the ability to bring him when I work. He is a seasoned traveler, having been to Yellowstone and camping all over the Western States. He came to DRM as a starved,abused, and neglected boy weighing 42lbs. He's a healthy happy 81lbs now after shooting up to 106 in 3 weeks after a thyroid episode. We have walked thousands of miles and God willing, will go many many more. He has been a true blessing and I couldn't imagine a life without him. He's a leaner too!
