Rosco's mama died unexpectedly and there was not a place for Rosco. He was 8 years old with cataracts and needed a comfy home to live out his life. His eyes are now solid white and he is completely blind. Being blind does not slow him down a bit, he knows every inch of his forever home with Trish.
