Story or Bio
Patton is 90 pounds, our “mini-Great Dane wanna be”. He is a pigpen who loves to be outside in the dirt. He loves to twirl, and must has his “binkies” which are small throws. He was apart of a large litter of 9 and loves to suck/carry/chew on them. As a puppy, he did swallow entire wash cloth but was able to throw it back up. So no soft toys are allowed in our home. He has 2 human pillows he must sleep with every night.

He has had several 4 legged siblings. His oldest brother being Bruce, a dobie, who kept him in line throughout his puppyhood and adolescence. There is Jake (a weimie) but they didn’t have much in common, and then Sunny our foster Weim. She came in weighing a light 40 pounds and sat him down, put him in line becoming his mama. He loved her so, she ended up passing of Lupus and that loss hit him hard. Gunny entered our home 6 months after losing Sunny, and became Patton’s true bestest friend. They would play, romp, bark, twirl ... Patton taught him everything about having a fun life. It’s been a rough month, Gunny passed of hemangiosarcoma... and Patton has finally begun twirling again but still misses his brother.

All of our furry siblings have assisted Patton in becoming the best 5.5 year old “puppy”. He enjoys cuddles, and taking life a bit slower. His dream is to become a “bird dog” keeping all birds out of our yard.
