- Contest Entry and Campaign Dates (6:00:00 AM (Eastern Time) on Friday, September 1, 2023 to 11:59:59 PM (Eastern Time) on Saturday, September 30, 2023)
- A $30.00 donation per photo entry is required. Each vote is $1.
- Acceptable Formats for Digital Photography:
- Your photo must be a high-resolution photo.
- Submit original digital file from camera, not just a print. For best results, set your camera or phone to take pictures at the highest resolution possible.
- JPG,TIFF, or EPS file format – unaltered
- Photos may not be edited or altered (other than minor color, contrast, or sharpness adjustments).
- You will be contacted if there are any issues with the photos you submit prior to the calendar being printed.
- All entries must include a doberman dog. While we all love doberman dogs, your dog may have a canine or feline companion. Please feel free to include them in the photo if it is one of your favorites.
- Please, no people in the submitted photos.
- You may enter multiple dogs, each receiving their own votes. If you enter your dog more than once using different pictures, only one can be in the top winning photos.
- Photos with professional photographer watermarks will not be eligible to be included in the calendar.
- Photos deemed offensive, indecent, or obscene will be removed from the contest.
- Once entered, photos become the property of Doberman Rescue Unlimited INC and can be used for print and marketing purposes.
- DRU reserves the right to decline publication of any photograph for any reason. Should this happen, we will notify you and, if an appropriate replacement cannot be obtained, refund your entry fee if desired. DRU has final approval on all photos submitted and reserves the right to replace an animal's photograph to overcome production issues.
- In case of a tie, the entry date and time will be used as the tie breaker.
All proceeds will go towards the care of the dogs at Doberman Rescue Unlimited.
