I’m Jemma, and honestly, I’ve been putting in the work. I serve as an assistant professor at the college, where I specialize in Student Motivation, Stress Reduction, and Looking Cute During Lectures. My presence alone boosts morale, and my office hours are always full. When I’m not on campus, I’m a local celebrity making my rounds to all the best spots in town. You’ll find me greeting fans at breweries, inspecting inventory at the disc golf store, and strolling through every park in the area. People stop, smile, and say, “It’s Jemma!” like I’m someone important… and I absolutely am. I love everyone I meet — truly — but I’m also respectful with my space. I read the room, I take my time, and I bring calm wherever I go. I’m gentle, kind, hardworking, and a pro at posing for pictures. So yes… I should be Dog of the Year. Not because I’m flashy or dramatic, but because I show up, I spread joy, I do my jobs with heart, and make my community better
