Charlie came to us through Mutts Matter Rescue out of Rockville, MD in 2015. Fondly referred to as "Sir Charles", he has logged over 25,000 miles in road trips in the last year to Iowa, Wisconsin, Florida, Tennessee, and elsewhere with his family. He's getting his sea legs with some time on the family sailboat as well! Charles enjoys a good bowl of ice cream and a sunbath when he's not schlepping across the country or the ocean.
